Degraded performance

This page runs a live check on every load — no caching, no scheduled background polling. Each component is timed and flagged degraded above 500 ms or down on timeout/error. The HTTP status of /api/status mirrors the overall verdict (200 for operational/degraded, 503 for down) so external uptime monitors can alert directly.

Targets are documented in the API docs: 99% uptime on Builder, 99.5% with p95 < 200 ms on Pro, 99.9% on Enterprise. Hobby is best-effort.
